Meet Dr. Monique Ruberu
Dr. Monique Ruberu, a board-certified OB/GYN and Creighton Fertility Care Medical Consultant since 2015, is dedicated to compassionate, faith-aligned care.
With an undergraduate degree from the University of Dallas and a medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch, she completed her OB/GYN residency at Drexel University in Philadelphia.
After a research fellowship and practicing at Holy Redeemer Hospital, she founded her own practice.
Since 2008, Dr. Ruberu has served as an OB/GYN, transitioning to NaProTechnology in 2015 to align her practice with her belief that all life is precious from conception to natural death.
A devoted wife, mother, pro-life advocate, author, and Catholic Speakers Organization member, she brings love and integrity to her work as a physician and public speaker.
Meet NP Dallas Kriebel
MSN, RN, FNP-C
Dallas Kriebel is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in functional medicine, women’s health, and complex medical cases. Dallas strives to create an environment where the patient feels seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She is passionate about educating and empowering patients so they can make informed decisions about their health care. She loves to use evidence-based integrative medicine practices and address health wholistically (mind, body, and spirit).
She obtained her Bachelor’s in Biology from DeSales University, Bachelor’s in Nursing from Cedar Crest College, and Masters in Nursing from Purdue University. She is a member of the International Lyme & Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) and the Medical Academy of Pediatrics and Special Needs (MAPS). She is working towards completing a Fellowship with both ILADS and MAPS over the next year. In fall 2026, she will begin her certification in functional medicine from the School of Applied Functional Medicine.
In her free time, Dallas loves spending time with her husband, Darrin, and their families and is praying for the blessing of babies. She is often studying for fun so she can better serve her patients but she enjoys drawing, embroidery, and winning any game she’s challenged to. She LOVES Jesus and helps lead worship for her church, serves as a youth group leader alongside her husband, and goes on medical mission trips to Central America annually. If you’re looking for her in a group setting, she’s probably somewhere holding a baby!

Meet NP Litia Gans
MSN, CRNP, FNP-C
Litia Gans is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for women’s health, driven by a commitment to holistic and integrative care. Her nursing journey began at the Community College of Philadelphia, where she became a Registered Nurse, followed by earning her BSN and MSN from La Salle University. Recognized for academic excellence, she was inducted into the International Honor Society of Nursing, reflecting her dedication to advancing her expertise in providing personalized, root-cause-focused healthcare solutions.

Her personal experiences with women’s health challenges have shaped Litia’s compassionate approach, blending evidence-based practices with alternative medicine, faith-based principles, and lifestyle interventions. She views healthcare as a calling, guided by her strong faith, and strives to empower women by addressing the root causes of their health issues. As a trusted provider, Litia creates a supportive environment where women feel heard, valued, and equipped to take charge of their well-being.

Outside her professional life, Litia is a devoted mother of two, with her faith serving as the cornerstone of both her personal and professional endeavors. She enjoys spending time with family, exploring wellness practices, and engaging in community health initiatives. As an advocate, educator, and partner, Litia is dedicated to healing the body, mind, and spirit, uplifting every woman on their health journey.
